Where will my products be shipped from?
We have multiple warehouses in North America and Asia. We will ship your package from the warehouse that is the closest to you.

When will my products be shipped?
Normally products in stock will be shipped out within 2 to 7 business days after you finished your payment.There maybe occasional small delays if products are out of stock or if we are handling large orders. But rest assured that we promise to do everything we can to ship out as early as possible.

How will my products be shipped?
Noramally we will choose epacket, DHL,Fedex,UPS,China-US Standard Ocean+Express Line and so on depending on products or destination etc.

If you have your nominated shipping method, please make remark in your order or leave a message to our customer service, we will try our best to meet your requirement.

Charges Non-included
Please be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.
